Cancellations and Returns

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact Dan as soon as possible and he will endeavour to correct the mistake.  


Your prints are individually custom made to order, they fall within the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 of goods you can't return.


In the unusual event that your art work arrives in a damaged condition, you should keep all packaging and/or artwork as found and please contact Dan within 48hrs of deliver for a full refund or replacement.  


In most cases photographic evidence is required of any damage, in order to process a claim.


Shipping and Handling

Dan's shipping costs are free to Guernsey based customers. For other locations, prices start at £6 per order for standard prints. All standard prints are shipped in protective tubes and larger, mounted prints are boxed to protect the artwork. Costs vary according to destination location and are calculated on checkout. Dan does not charge handling fees.


Delivery Schedule

Products are usually dispatched within 5-10 working days of your order being placed.

Shipping Locations


All items are hand delivered, free of charge to your home or office. Dan will arrange a suitable time and location for maximum convenience.


Print only art work starts from £6, which will be added at checkout. Orders are shipped via Guernsey Post and Royal Mail and will typically be delivered within 3-5 working days after dispatch. Consignments of goods from Guernsey fall under the HMRC Import VAT Accounting Scheme and all VAT is pre-paid at point of postage.



Dan can deliver to Europe & beyond. Time in transit & cost will vary dependant on location. For orders outside the UK, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

For EU and international orders, due to new legislation, please contact Dan for details of VAT charge handling, prior to ordering. Shipments to Europe and beyond may be subject to additional customs fees or import taxes.


Dan will support his overseas customers at every step to ensure they receive their goods with minimal disruption in a way that both himself and the buyer are fully protected against VAT rules, based on each individual's jurisdiction.



As soon as Dan receives your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. When your order is shipped, Dan will send you a shipping confirmation.


Please note packages may need to be signed for upon delivery.
